Charlotte at 2.5 Years Old

Charlotte just turned 2.5 years old and is such a delight! No matter how you slice it, she's two and she's a handful. She's teething, she's potty training and there are plenty of tantrums and fits. But we are really loving getting to know her, and finally hear what she has to say, since she's been such a late talker. We still don't understand a lot of what she says but we are so glad she's at least trying and chatting away. Sam usually knows what she wants. Charlotte loves whatever Sam loves, she loves to eat, she loves to dance. She likes Bubble Guppies (TV show), Starbucks pink cake pops, accessories such as purses, lipstick and sunglasses, tutus and laying out her special pink blanket for "picnics" in the living room. She loves our cats. She intensely draws with markers and crayons. She loves serving plastic food from her play kitchen to anyone who will accept it. She is a fun, cuddly girl who has shown us a whole new world of childhood and is a wonderful sibling for Sam, who also adores her and cares so deeply for her. Before we know it, she'll be 3! We love her so much!
