I've been really enjoying spending some special one-on-one time with Sam lately. A few weeks ago, we went down to Bellevue Square and had a nice lunch out and did a little Christmas shopping. He got to have a special hot chocolate from Starbucks and he was treated to a "bath bomb" from Lush (he's been asking for this for some time). Sam constantly wows me with his statements and his sweetness. I just love this boy and I wish he'd stay five forever!

A Date

Such a sweet post. I took little Aaron on a little outing recently, just the two of us and was surprised at how happy he was about it. We'll have to try your shopping date idea!
Very sweet boy, I agree. You are right in planning special times with one child at a time. You both benefit so much.

He so much reminds me of Mike at that age. Such tender hearts and so loving. Glad you're finding ways to spend one-on-one time with him. Adorable picture, of course!
