San Francisco

Here are some photos of the little San Francisco getaway Mike and I just had. It was lots of fun, we saw some amazing sights and had great weather. I even got to fly first class on the way down for the first time in my life! But we must admit, that it was somewhat strange/foreign to be on our own for that long (we really missed our Sam)!

I could not resist these hats. Bought one for Sam & baby girl.

How many times did we say "Sam would love this!"?

The sea lions were incredible (and stinky)!

Alcatraz!

Mike is excited to check out this old ship

Mike was welcomed home with a homemade birthday cake!
BIG thanks to Grandma for taking such wonderful care of Sam during our time away. I think he had one of his best weeks ever!

It looks like you had a wonderful time! Love the photos--been to all of those sites. Minor correction--wasn't Mike's first cable car ride! I took him when he was 7 or 8.

Great photos! :) I'm glad you are actually in 1 of them too, Jen! :) One day you'll treasure your pregnancy photos! xoxo!

Jen, you sure had a busy vacation! You either took a lot of cable cars or you walked all over the city :) I really enjoyed seeing the pictures! What a neat "babymoon" and happy 3rd trimester!

Late comment, your pictures are great, and I agree about seals, sea lions, whatever, I expected the noise and the comedy, I didn't expect the stench. It doesn't matter where they are, more than one of them and they reek!
